Yoga is a union of your body and mind. It is designed to cleanse your body and mind of physical and emotional blockages, to help you to develop a stronger sense of connection between the two, promoting better awareness of the choices we make in life.
What is Pilates?
developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century after whom it was named. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrate on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall wellbeing. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility as well as strength.

LOW IMPACT AEROBICS

Low impact aerobics class is suitable for beginners, older generation or the ones recovering from an injury. A fun class that will help you improve overall body strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Pilates is designed to improve flexibility, strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.
This class is suitable for all.
