ABOUT ME

YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER IN CHESTER & NORTH WALES

I am experienced and professional one to one and group trainer and teacher with over 10 years in fitness industry. I offer private and group training, pilates and yoga tuition.
As a child I played volleyball and other sports whilst in school but it wasn’t until I reached my college years that I decided health and fitness was the path I wanted to take in life and as a career. I studied to become a fitness instructor and then went to sturdy personal training which I love.
At the peak of my fitness career, I developed an interest in Pilates and later on in yoga. This took me to further my education in college and then on to India where I studied yoga.
The foundation of my teaching combines physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and has totally transformed the way I use my mind and body to teach others.

I qualified as a Personal trainer in 2010 trying to help people to change their lifestyle on a gradual daily bases that works with their individual schedule. I provide personal training as well as nutritional advice and support. All the programmes are tailored to individual needs and abilities.

What is yoga?

Yoga is a union of your body and mind. It is designed to cleanse your body and mind of physical and emotional blockages, to help you to develop a stronger sense of connection between the two, promoting better awareness of the choices we make in life.

What is Pilates?

developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century after whom it was named. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrate on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall wellbeing. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility as well as strength.

WHAT ARE VIRTUAL CLASSES?

I am offering both old and new clients the chance to maintain and further their fitness through virtual yoga and pilates classes. These classes are £3 each and can be taken live with me on the website www.zoom.us

I will join you in the comfort of your living room, studio, bedroom, garden or kitchen to take you through the 45 minute lesson. Encouraging and supporting you, but most importantly having lots of fun whilst we work out together.
